Younger women are at a higher risk.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Type 1 Diabetes:<\/strong> Increased by 25%, from 2.4 to 3 cases per 1,000 deliveries.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Type 2 Diabetes: <\/strong>Jumped 189%, from 2.7 to 7.8 cases.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Gestational Diabetes:<\/strong> Rose by 162.7%, from 36.5 to 95.9 cases (without BC).
