What happens if I cancel SyS Creations service?

You're free to cancel any time! When you do, we will issue last invoice as per your billing cycle or commitment on a project. If needed, we will also help your internal team navigate entire project so while taking over you are fully supported.

What is your refund policy?

You have only heard about refunds in product but not in service industry.

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason, you're not satisfied with our service, simply let us know within 15 days and we'll be happy to issue you a full refund.

Do you accept Paypal or Credit Card?

Right now we require payment via cheque or electronic transfer. We will be adding credit card & Paypal as an option in the future, however, this is not on our immediate roadmap.

On another note, companies charging credit card adds up 2.9% of processing fees in service and we choose not to do that to provide our clients with low cost projects.

Why would you increase prices in future?

We're unlike any other technology development company out there in that we offer product development, project management, UI/UX designing and so much more all for a singular, low price. We want to continue to support our growing base of new customers with even better service, more product knowledge, and speed. This is our way of committing to that mission and saving people more time. Additionally, we've heard over and over again that our pricing is too low, in order for us to continue providing the best quality service we plan to slightly increase pricing in the near future.

Do you increase Annual Maintenance Contract price every year?

Like every business, operating and support costs increase year-over-year. Increasing staff salaries, general economic inflation, and rising operating costs all add to the costs of simply doing business.

Why don't you negotiate in terms of pricing?

We do not negotiate in pricing and we would like to share a real scenario with you, same way we don't negotiate in our service delivery as well.

SyS Creations : It will take 3 months and cost $10,000

Client: XYZ will deliver in 1.5 months for $5,000

SyS Creations : OK

3 months later

Client: We need it in 1.5 months

SyS Creations : It will take 3 months and cost $10,000

Eventually, the client gets what they need 6 months later by spending more than $15,000.
We get into similar conversations almost daily.
Please evaluate the capability of the service providers. Credible service providers will give you estimates taking multiple things into account.
In the software and consulting world, WYSIWYG is not applicable. It takes time to build quality, usable software and a lot happens behind the scenes.
More than the monetary loss, in many cases, the loss of time hurts the most.
